The Magnum P.I.(e) is inspired by beloved 1980's tv show Magnum P.I., shot  on location in Hawaii, as well as the famous Girl Scout Samoa Cookie. This Samoa pie begins with a dark chocolate crust with shortbread cookie and toasted coconut folded into a caramel cheesecake filling. Topped with a chocolate ganache, caramel and a caramel whip and finished with house made Samoa cookies!
